The Specialist’s program is aimed at fundamental training in the field of natural science and technical disciplines and includes the study of full-fledged courses in various areas of mineral processing. The program is implemented in full-time form, the term of study is 5 years 6 months.
As part of the training, students have the opportunity to engage in scientific work on the development of advanced technologies for the processing of mineral raw materials, taking into account the complexity of the extraction of valuable components, provided that the quality of the environment is preserved.

Learning outcomes
- Skills in drawing up draw up the necessary documentation in accordance with applicable standards; making the selection and calculation of the main technological parameters for the efficient and environmentally friendly production of works on the processing and enrichment of mineral raw materials;
- Ability to develop and implement projects for the production of works on the processing of mineral and technogenic raw materials based on modern design methodology;
- Ability to take part in research programs for the processing of mineral raw materials, taking into account ecologically justified problems in the field of environmental protection.
Career opportunities
Graduates of the specialty can work: in enterprises engaged in the extraction and processing of minerals of various mineral composition, as well as in industries related to mining and mining and processing industries of the national economy. Among the graduates of the specialty are ministers and deputy ministers of natural resources of a number of regions, employees of foreign companies, large industrial enterprises of the country, which indicates a wide range of knowledge obtained during training in this specialty.
