Professional project management is a powerful tool not only for the creation of new products and services, but also for the implementation of targeted changes within individual organizations, companies, as well as socio-economic systems. The project approach is actively used at various levels - from National and Federal projects to organization projects.
The program teaches initiate and plan projects, manage the implementation of projects, lead and work in project teams.
Students will develop professional competencies in the field of time management, risk management, communications management, content management, project team management during the learning process.
The graduate of the program will be able to manage projects effectively of varying complexity to implement the company's strategic objectives in the face of risk and uncertainty, using traditional and flexible project management technologies, as well as research skills.
