The program involves training highly qualified scientific and scientific-pedagogical personnel capable of independently conducting scientific research in the field of management of capital construction projects and their complexes at all stages of their life cycle, including the stages of investment justification, engineering surveys, architectural and construction and organizational and technological design, construction (including conservation), operation (including current repairs), reconstruction, modernization, major repairs, restoration, decommissioning, demolition and disposal of the facility, as well as implementing into practice a full or partial operational cycle of digitalization of the industry.
Training is conducted using modern educational and scientific research methods and technologies.
Research work is carried out on the basis of the Department of Expertise and Real Estate Management.
The scientific content of the postgraduate program corresponds to the passport of scientific specialty 2.1.14. "Management of the life cycle of construction projects" approved in the established manner by the Higher Attestation Commission of the Russian Federation.
