When it comes to large and labor-intensive industrial software developments, teamwork in creating such systems within the framework of ongoing projects comes to the fore. For a software engineer, active interaction with the members of the team working on the project, managing such a team and understanding all the intricacies of the work being performed are key skills that are the main determinants of the success of the project as a whole
