The program provides training for qualified specialists in the field of survey, design, construction, reconstruction and repair of highways; in the field of research on the development of new road-building materials and coatings. The main research areas include: a monitoring system and a program for the design of engineering facilities for highways; polymer-bitumen binders and polymer asphalt concrete; research and the possibility of using nanocomposite materials; local soils and materials fortified with organic and inorganic binders

The graduate has the following skills:
1. Able to reasonably carry out and organize applied research in the field of engineering design and road construction
2. Able to carry out the selection and calculation justification of the space-planning, layout and design solutions in the design of transport infrastructure facilities
3. Able to demonstrate knowledge of the basics of management, planning and organization of design, construction and operation of transport facilities
