The goal of the program is to train construction management specialists with advanced knowledge and skills in the organization, planning, management and sustainable operation of the construction complex.
For work in the specialty, the student will study the basics of urban planning, territorial planning and the organization of project production.
The student will study all aspects of the company, including but not limited to staffing, accounting, payroll and human resources, project management, appraisal, drafting, and equipment maintenance.
