The master's program’s aim is improving and optimizing technologies for obtaining metals from ores, concentrates, technogenic raw materials, in order to improve the main technical, economic and environmental indicators.
The issues of new directions in technological processes of obtaining noble and light non-ferrous metals, improvement of metallurgical equipment are also considered; get acquainted with new trends in materials science, as well as with various methods of physical and chemical analysis and their practical application in metallurgy. Students do the practical training in research organizations of the metallurgical industry and industrial enterprises. The program is implemented on a full-time basis, the duration of course is 2 years.
