Stanislav Grigoriev, associate professor at INRTU, joins the organizing committee of the international IT forum in China
Stanislav Grigoriev, Head of the INRTU Centre of Competences for Data Analysis and Management, participated in the work of the organizing committee of the 11th International Conference on Information Communication and Applications (ICICA 2022). The forum was held in late June at the Chongqing University of Telecommunications (China).

Russian and foreign museums are interested in the graduation projects of INRTU jewellers
Graduates of the INRTU Jewelry Design and Technology Department successfully presented their diploma works. Polytechnic students presented items inspired by objects of urban architecture. Russian and foreign museums have expressed interest in the young authors' work.

Graduate artists of INRTU depicted the energy of creation in the form of mosaic panels and stained glass windows
A stained-glass window and two mosaic panels decorated the space of the Irkutsk Polytechnic Institute building (ground floor). «The Energy of Creation» art object was created by Natalia Tayurskaya, Maria Baranova and Maria Antonova, graduates of the Smagin department of monumental and decorative painting and design.

Drummers of "Ethnobit" were awarded by governor
The student community of Irkutsk celebrated Youth Day last weekend. The drummers of the Ethnobit ethnic percussion studio at Irkutsk Polytechnic University received honorary awards on behalf of the governor and the regional Ministry of Youth Policy. University activists organised scientific and entertaining interactives.

The INRTU team, led by the rector, successfully competed in the IV International Slata Marathon
The International IV Slata Marathon was held in Irkutsk on 26 June in honour of Youth Day. The Irkutsk Polytechnic University runners' team of 150 students and employees was led by the rector Mikhail Kornyakov.
