Important Agreement between INRTU and Harbin Company
INRTU has signed a cooperation agreement with Harbin JUESHENG International Trade and Economics Company
The Parties intend to join forces for participation in different projects to provide comprehensive engineering services in the mining, processing, and metallurgical industries in Russia and in the emerging markets of the future.
Rector of INRTU Mikhail Kornyakov and Vice-Rector for Work with Government Agencies and Industrial Partners Evgeny Semenov met with representatives of the company in Russia and discussed the format of cooperation.
The negotiations were attended by Vladimir Chernykh, Head of the Innovative Technologies direction, official representative of Harbin JUESHENG International Trade and Economic Company in Russia, and Nikolai Chuvashov, director of «Innovative Technologies of Ecology and Metallurgy LLC».
Harbin International Trade and Economic Company is a part of a consortium consisting of large machine-building plants in China. The company performs the entire range of works on the creation of new production facilities or on their conversion — from the investment plan to commissioning. Design and technical documentation is carried out according to the Russian regulatory and technical base. All equipment, as well as prefabricated warehouse and production buildings are supplied fully prepared.
It is supposed that INRTU and its new Chinese partner will become participants in a regional project within the framework of the Baikal Scientific Educational Center (REC).
Irkutsk Polytechnic University will be engaged in research and development, training and retraining of the necessary personnel.
The Parties also agreed to create an Engineering Center.
