The educational program is focused on the formation of the undergraduate’s competencies, on the assumption of labor market needs and organizational and managerial activities, which is aimed at solving such problems as design a strategy for the development of organizations and their individual divisions, managing divisions of enterprises, strategic management of the planning of production resources and production capacities.

The relevance of the program is driven by the need of large industrial complexes to adapt management tools and technologies to the needs of companies in order to increase efficiency in the context of globalization and the cyclical economic development.
The program is focused on training specialists with skills and modern methods of management, system analysis, complex forecasting, tools for supporting and making strategic decisions in government bodies, in fuel and energy companies and in sectors of the economy adjacent to the fuel and energy complex.
