About the program
The Master in Radio Engineering conducts scientific research and development of communication devices and systems based on the use of wireless transmission of signals. Radiotechnical methods and devices are widely used in computer technology, industrial automation, astronomy, chemistry, physics, biology, medicine, etc. The program focuses on studying all modern techniques and technologies for transmission, reception and digital processing of radio signals. It also oriented to the use of electromagnetic methods of studying environment such as atmosphere, ionosphere, magnetoshpere, and as well technical objects for measuring, estimating or modifying their properties. Particular attention is paid to gaining experience and practical skills in the development, programming and tuning of radio transmitting and receiving devices.
- Practical skills in programming of information-measuring radio systems
- Deep knowledge in digital signal processing
- Ability to design and operate radio transmission and reception facilities
- Ability to apply radio technical systems for diagnostics of materials and environment
- Practical skills in processing and analysis of radio navigation and radar signals
- Knowledge in technologies used in the most modern radio technical systems
Received theoretical knowledge and practical skills allow graduate students to work successfully at enterprises and organizations of the information and telecommunications profile. Their future job can be related to radar and radio navigation systems (including satellite navigation systems GPS and GLONASS), cellular and space communication companies, in airlines and transport organizations, any companies of servicing radioelectronic equipment. Also the master of science degree allow applying for a job at scientific institutions and working on a PhD research. You will be able continue studing in full-time and part-time postgraduate program at INRTU in the specialties of radio engineering, radiophysics, or devices and methods of experimental physics.
