About the program
The program aims to prepare masters for research and operational activities in industry, energy. The modern level of industrial equipment requires deep knowledge in the field of electronics and microprocessor technology, the ability to program microcontroller control systems for electrical equipment. Students under the program "Computer technologies in an electric drive" receive deep knowledge and confident skills in working with industrial industrial and power electrical equipment, including microprocessor control systems. Students receive good training in microprocessor systems and technologies, computer-aided design systems, automated control systems for electric drives, expert systems, methods and tools for modeling electric drives. For laboratory, practical work and in the implementation of scientific research works of masters, the equipment of laboratories of the Department of Electric Drive and Electric Transport is used ("Danffos Training Center - IRNITU," Microprocessor control systems "," Power electronics and electric drive "," Energy-efficient electrical equipment and non-traditional energy " , "Electrical installation technologies", "Electric drive control systems")
Learning outcomes
- Gains in-depth knowledge and confident skills in working with production industrial and power electrical equipment, including microprocessor control systems;
- Good training in microprocessor systems and technologies, automated control systems for electric drives, expert systems;
- Ability to solve problems of design, adjustment, installation and maintenance of domestic and imported electrical equipment.
Career opportunities
Graduates are in demand and successfully work at enterprises of the energy, oil and gas production and metallurgical complexes.
Good professional training allows graduates to successfully compete in the choice of the type of activity, including participation in projects, performance of work on the creation and operation of electric drives with computer control systems.
