The results of INRTU at the championship were commented by coach Roman Murzin:
“The most tense was the match with Krasnoyarsk. “Yenisei” is a strong team, the guys have a well-developed technique, and they are very dynamic.
The tournament left only positive emotions. Student Championship was the first for me as a coach of INRTU. Our guys showed themselves in every match, for which they are very grateful. “Bronze” is a good reward; there are big plans and a lot of work ahead.”
According to Olga Tolstykh, manager of the INRTU team, the change of venue is a sign of development. She stated that the organizational work in another city was much more difficult, but INRTU did well and received positive feedback from the teams.
Talking about the matches of the championship, Olga Tolstykh noted that INRTU failed to meet with Nizhny Novgorod Region:
“The team failed to adjust properly and find “their” game, missing the chance to fight for the “gold”. However, the games with “Yenisei” and “Kuzbass” will definitely go down in the history of our team, as the guys demonstrated excellent pace and dedication, fulfilled all the coach's instructions. Especially I would like to note the match with Krasnoyarsk. We looked much more confident in some moments. The score of the game 5:6, wh ere the sixth goal was scored by Krasnoyarsk thanks to a successfully realized penalty kick, speaks of an equal struggle”.
