SEVER MINERALS invites INRTU students for an internship

Senior students of Department of Mineral Processing and Environmental Protection named after S.B. Leonov met with the representatives of SEVER MINERALS (Saint Petersburg). The event was organized by INRTU Career Center on March 23.

SEVER MINERALS is a supplier of complex technological solutions for the mining, processing, metallurgical and chemical industries. The company has branches in 48 Russian cities and 7 countries. SEVER MINERALS cooperates with "Polyus", "Polymetal", "SUEK", "Seligdar", "ALROSA", "Severstal" and other companies.

Aleksandra Petrova, senior HR-partner in personnel recruitment and adaptation, says that SEVER MINERALS offers formal employment and a flexible work schedule (20 hours a week) to trainees. The company pays for trainees' lunches and provides them with laptops.

The recruiter recommended students to consider youth programs with further employment. Students and young specialists participate in the competition "SMart. The Art of Technology." They take tests and solve a case on modernization of mineral processing chain. Projects are defended in Saint Petersburg. The winner receives 200 thousand rubles, and the best contestants can become a part of SEVER MINERALS team.

Project engineer Maksim Svirbutovich-Artukhov and head of the independent engineering department Roman Razboinikov shared their work experience at SEVER MINERALS. SEVER MINERALS representatives organized a quiz for students, and gave prizes to the active participants.
