Pharmasyntez Co-Working Centre Renovated At INRTU

On 11 December, INRTU opened an updated Pharmasyntez co-working space. The flooring, furniture and decorative items were replaced in this convertible space. Mikhail Korniakov, Rector, and students of Chemical Technology at the Institute of High Technologies were the first to visit the co-working space.

Sergey Anosov, Vice-Rector for Campus and Corporate Governance, spoke at the opening ceremony. He said that previously there was a cloakroom on the site of the co-working space, which was replaced by the Rainbow Art Gallery.

In 2020, with the support of Pharmasyntez Group, the space was renovated and modernised. A projector, a high quality sound system for events, and marker boards were installed in the room. The company spent more than two million rubles on the project. The co-working space became a popular place for recreation, study and student leisure. Four years later, the university and the company decided to renovate the room.

Rector Mikhail Korniakov thanked the business partner for his support, presenting Evgeny Orachevsky with drinks prepared by Polytechnic biotechnologists and souvenirs in honour of the coming New Year.

‘INRTU is grateful to Pharmasyntez for having a bright and comfortable space in the key area - the lobby - in 2020. The student Trade Union Committee, which initiates numerous events, is especially frequent here. Students can also freely visit the co-working space as before,’ said Mikhail Korniakov.

According to Evgeny Orachevsky, the university and Pharmasyntez have a long-standing partnership, resulting in talented graduates becoming employees of the company. Several years ago, INRTU and Pharmasyntez also started working together on creating a comfortable environment for the youth.

‘We value co-operation with INRTU. Highly qualified personnel is our key priority. Pharmasyntez co-working centre with maximum walkability, the opportunity to learn about the scale and production of the company has become one of the student attraction centres in the industry. Positive experience of cooperation with the university motivates us to support INRTU in all its endeavours’, - said Evgeny Orachevsky.

At the end of the event Evgeny Orachevsky answered the students' questions in an informal atmosphere, spoke about the company's current activities and development plans.
