Pharmaceutical company "Renewal" invites INRTU students for work and practice in Novosibirsk
INRTU Career Center organized a presentation of the manufacturing pharmaceutical company "Renewal". The representative of the company invited INRTU students for work and practice in Novosibirsk.
The company has been producing medicines since 1997 and is in the TOP 10 among Russian pharmaceutical manufacturers, leading on the domestic generics market. During the presentation, Olga Morozova, recruitment specialist, Alexander Afanasiev, technical trainer, Victoria Nizelnik, lead chromatographer and Maria Tereschenko, lead process engineer, talked to the students.
PFC Renew's portfolio includes more than 150 items, including tablets, injections, solutions and tinctures, powders, eye drops and nasal drops. The production sites are concentrated in Novosibirsk and Suzun. There are plans to open a workshop for the production of large-tonnage dosage forms.
As Olga Morozova emphasized, the demand for highly qualified specialists grows in connection with the expansion of production. First of all, chemists-chromatographers, chemical analysis laboratory assistants and process engineers are needed. The new shop will need specialists in equipment maintenance.
"You can build a career in our company. For example, a laboratory technician can rise to the position of laboratory manager. An apparatus man can work as a shift foreman and shop manager before becoming a production supervisor. Candidates are selected on the basis of resumes and interviews.
The employer guarantees specialists official employment and compensation for housing rent for non-resident workers, free medical clearance and travel in the company transport. After employment the graduates should not worry about lack of experience, as a three-month training under the guidance of a mentor", - said the representative of the plant.
Maria Tereschenko told about the current vacancies. The development department requires an engineer-technologist, who will develop the composition and technology of the drug. In the production and technical department there is a vacancy for a process engineer, responsible for the development of internal technological documentation. Also invited to work as a production technologist (support for the industrial production of drugs).
Victoria Nizelnik represents the department, which is responsible for quality control at all stages of production, from selection of raw materials to the output of finished products. These tasks are performed by employees of seven departments. The company invites chemists-chromatographers (creation of new methods of quality control of medicines).
Technical trainer Alexander Afanasiev joined the presentation and told about the process of drug production. Olga Morozova shared tips on how to prepare a resume and how to prepare for an interview.
The company also invites INRTU students for an internship.

Favorsky Institute of Chemistry, showed interest to the event. According to the student, employment at Renewal is a good career start for young people: "The company is attractive because it has a recognizable brand and opens up prospects for professional growth.
