INRTU students went for their exchange semester in Indonesia
Senior students of the Siberian School of Geosciences INRTU Daria Subbotina, Evgeny Borisov and Tatyana Vasilyeva went to the exchange program at Institut Teknologi Bandung (ITB). During the semester students will study engineering geodesy and geomatics, visit sights and get acquainted with the local culture.

During the semester students will study engineering geodesy and geomatics, visit sights and get acquainted with the local culture.
Previously, this year INRTU delegation visited Indonesia to conduct career guidance work with students. In addition, during the trip, INRTU established partnerships with seven Indonesian universities, including ITB. The parties entered into agreements on cooperation in the field of science, technology and academic exchange.
The academic year at the Indonesian university started in August, so INRTU students are already involved in training and active student life. They attend classes in selected disciplines, in their free time they get acquainted with the traditions and customs of local residents, taste Indonesian cuisine and explore the surroundings of Bandung.
According to the head of INRTU International Office Nina Berngard, applications are currently open for participation exchange programs at ITB for the spring semester of 2023-2024 academic year.
“We are waiting for everyone who wants to go to Indonesia on academic exchange program. ITB provides students with a unique opportunity not only to improve their knowledge, make new friends, but also gain international educational experience,” says Nina Bernhard.
Note that ITB is among the best universities in the field of arts and humanities, engineering and technology, natural sciences, social sciences and management, biomedical sciences, which is confirmed by the QS rating. Education is carried out according to undergraduate and graduate programs.
