INRTU and Belarus State Economic university are starting the Bachelor's degree program in Marketing and Advertising
The delegation of Belarus State Economic university (BSEU) visited INRTU. Mikhail Korniakov, Rector of INRTU and Elena Kireeva, the first Vice-Rector of BSEU congratulated the graduates of the master's double degree program, and also signed an agreement to start a joint bachelor's program in Marketing and Advertising.
The educational project is aimed at teaching bachelors in "Advertising and Public Relations" (INRTU) and "Marketing" (BSEU). The term of study is four years. Students attend classes at INRTU full-time; online lectures are organized by teachers of the Belarusian University.
The first joint program of INRTU and BSEU started in 2020. It is aimed at teaching masters in "Economics" (INRTU) and "Business Administration" (BSEU). Last year 15 graduates of the pilot project graduated from the double degree program.
This year’s graduates Dmitry Manokhin, Kristina Detina, and Su Zhige, a Chinese student, were congratulated during the visit.
Mikhail Korniakov, addressing the students, noted that double-degree programs offer many opportunities:
"After two years of study, you receive diplomas confirmed by two states, which allows you to be sought-after professionals, both at home and abroad. We express gratitude to our partners from the Belarusian State University of Economics. Together, we intend expanding our cooperation in other educational programs as well."
Elena Kireeva informed that BSEU actively runs double degree programs with Belarusian universities:
“INRTU became the first university we cooperated with internationally. Together we managed to carry out the tasks, despite the distance and the time difference; two groups of masters completed their studies.
Besides, we cooperate with INRTU on student exchange programs. BSEU students were happy about studying at INRTU, Elizaveta Lanitskaya, the representative of the Baikal School of BRICS, got good impression by our University”
Andrey Nechaev, Director of the School of Economics, Management and Law of IRNTU and his deputy Oksana Antipina, and Olga Morozevich, Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs of BSEU addressed a motivational speech to graduating students.
Dmitry Manokhin, a graduate, shared his impressions about the double degree program:
“An interesting curriculum was developed for us; the teachers of BSEU provided us with comfortable distance classes. They were responsive and willing to always give us a hand. I combined my studies at the university with work in the international company “Tender Promotion”. The Master's degree program in Economics and Business Administration will allow me to fulfill my goal: to head the procurement department.”
Dmitry added that he graduated from INRTU with a bachelor's degree in Journalism. He plans to enter the postgraduate course of the School of Economics, Management and Law of INRTU.
