Gold Producer Lenzoloto Implements University Infrastructure Enhancement Project
Company funds will finance the overhaul and modernization of a classroom used by students of the School of Subsurface Resource Management – potential future employees of the gold mining company.
INRTU Rector Mikhail Korniakov expressed gratitude for Lenzoloto's long-term collaboration:

“Developing modern university infrastructure with industry partners is crucial for training highly qualified specialists. Our partnership enables joint projects and creates conditions for students’ professional growth, strengthening education-industry ties”.
According to the Head of Campus Management Roman Grinyuk, corridor spaces adjacent to the renovated classroom will also be upgraded:

“We maintain a policy where branded classrooms feature updated corridor zones. This approach highlights partners' contributions to university infrastructure development, student comfort, and fostering a welcoming environment”.
The space will feature modern furniture with ergonomic workstations and student lounges. This will optimize effective lecture and seminar delivery. The area can transform into a venue for thesis defenses and presentations, creating a versatile academic hub.
Aleksey Tolokonnikov, President of JSC “Lenzoloto”, noted that this new research and project space fulfills the September 2024 cooperation agreement between INRTU and JSC “Lenzoloto”.

“Such spaces facilitate early career orientation, connect students with potential employers, and generate interest in gold mining careers,” emphasized Aleksey Tolokonnikov.
The Lenzoloto Head also announced plans to expand partnership with INRTU.
The upgraded facility at the School of Subsurface Resource Management is scheduled to open by the academic year start.
