Teambuilding
This course develops students' skills in effective team interaction, including planning, role distribution, and coordination of team activities. It covers the concept of teambuilding and its role in leadership, types of teams, the social and psychological structure of a team, leadership of team activities, role structure of teams, personality traits and team performance, conflicts and their resolution, mechanisms for managing team relationships, and effective communication in a team.

- The course covers the concept of teambuilding and its role in leadership, the concept and types of teams, the social and psychological structure of a team, leadership of team activities, role structure of teams and managers' teams, personality traits and team performance, parts of the teambuilding process, conflicts and their resolution, mechanisms for managing team relationships, technology of effective communication in a team, forming effective teams and team-builder skills, teambuilding training, stages of teambuilding, and the life cycle of a team. Assessment includes tests, oral surveys, and an exam.
