INRTU Took Part in China Education Expo 2023 International Educational Exhibition in Beijing

Stepan Bykov, INRTU Vice-Rector for International Affairs, and Xia Shuang, Advisor to the Rector for China, took part in China Education Expo 2023 in Beijing. They presented the University at the joint exposition of Russian Ministry of Science and Higher Education and joined the exhibition tour on October 27-28.

China Education Expo (CEE) is one of the largest education exhibitions in Southeast Asia. The event is organized with the support of China Education Association for International Exchange (CEAIE). Overall, 362 organizations from 15 countries worldwide joined the project in Beijing.

The Russian exposition involved 27 leading universities and 12 Russian-Chinese associations of branch universities. The exhibition's largest pavilion brought together over 100 exhibitors at once. Stepan Bykov, Vice-Rector for International Affairs, and Xia Shuang, Advisor to the Rector for China, introduced INRTU educational programs to the visitors.

Stepan Bykov emphasized that INRTU has been actively expanding relations with Chinese organizations.

"The exhibition revealed that colleagues and applicants attach great interest to engineering and technical programs, as well as to INRTU-taught Russian language. We really appreciate the joint effort by the event's organizers and coordinators from Russian Ministry of Education and Science who did a great preparation job," said Stepan Bykov.

The Features of Working in the Chinese Market workshop was held for the participants of the exhibition. The agenda items were the promotion of Russian education in China, foreign students' admission under the Russian Government quota and other issues.
