Master Thesis Tutorial

This course allows graduate students to get knowledge in the field of research methodology, application of modern methods, and approaches to solving professional problems in the field of management and business administration. The discipline is based on the fundamental principles of the systems approach, which is necessary to develop the skills of integrating and applying the accumulated knowledge to solving complex problems, as well as in order to consider the object of research as a whole. A systematic approach and contextualization are a prerequisite for the effective application of scientific knowledge. This allows the future researcher to see how a particular problem of professional activity is embedded in global issues. Without this understanding, neither the productive development of management science in general nor the solution of individual topical problems in the field of management and business administration is impossible.

The goal of mastering the discipline

This course is designed to develop the ability to generalize and critically evaluate the results of research on topical management problems obtained by domestic and foreign researchers. Graduate students will learn how to conduct independent research in accordance with the developed program and present the results of the research carried out in the form of a scientific report or an article, as well as how to substantiate the relevance, theoretical and practical significance of the selected topic of scientific research.
