My first university event
I'm Fan Zekun, a journalism student of BS BRICS. As a third-year student this year, I finally came to Russia, and I finally met my teachers and classmates, not on the computer. Everything here is brand new to me, but I quickly integrated into Irkutsk's study life, and I enjoyed it very much.
Not long ago, on November 10, I watched the university's event «International Student Talent Contest» for the first time. Before I came here, I heard my friends say that there were many wonderful and meaningful activities in the University. They perform the program, and they get together to enjoy the activity. I can see from the photos that each of them has inner happiness on their faces.
In this interesting activity, there are many versatile students. They all come from different countries. They have different skin colors and speak different languages. The programs they perform have their own unique cultural color, which makes me feel the atmosphere of unity and fraternity in the school. Singing, rap, democratic dance, violin, piano, poetry recitation... Looking at the programs carefully prepared by my classmates, I like this place more and more.
Here are several programs that I am very impressed.
First of all, he is alone. He has three programs, singing, playing guitar and singing. Seriously, I envy his versatility. His voice was very beautiful and he received warm applause from the audience.
Secondly, my friend , whose performance is to play a piano piece "Summer". I have been paying attention to the selection of his program and many rehearsals since then. He is very nervous and practiced again and again, and I encourage him, because he is an excellent pianist in my heart. The final performance was wonderful, and the teacher remembered him deeply because of his performance. Finally, I sent him a bouquet of flowers to congratulate him on his performance. This is a pleasant memory.
In addition to the students performing the program on the stage, there are also people who prepare everything behind the scenes. Lighting engineers, sound engineers, photographers, hosts and teachers who plan activities rehearsed again and again, and finally presented such wonderful performances and wonderful campus activities. Thanks a lot!
