IT Academy team building session: lectures, workshops, graduates' awarding, picnic on Lake Baikal shore

En+ organized team building for the IT Academy educational program participants. The event by Lake Baikal attracted over 100 students fr om INRTU, ISU and BrSU.

The three-day event took place at the Gora Sobolinaya resort. The team-building program comprised over 20 lectures, workshops, trainings, and business games. Speakers at the professional development educational intensives were specialists from En+ Digital and En+ Telecom.

The leisure block included quizzes, movie watching, engineering competitions, creative thinking, and leadership skills training. In addition, for the first time, the program included a picnic on the site of the ECO.CEH ecological campus.

As part of the team-building event, graduates were awarded professional retraining diplomas. This summer, 30 INRTU students will join En+ Digital's team. Yulia Shcheglovskaya, En+ Digital General Director, and Alexey Govorkov, Executive Director of En+ Telecom and Head of the INRTU School of Information Technology and Data Science, told the graduates about their future prospects.

One of this year's graduates was Alexander Matveev, who mastered the ERP-platforms course. Soon, he will start working at the Accounting Programs Support Department.

"The team building helped me tune into my work tasks and get to know the company's staff. The event on Lake Baikal shore was memorable for lively communication, exciting intensives, and a picnic at the ecological campus, which I visited for the first time.

I expect professional development and participation in interesting and large-scale projects from working at En+ Digital," says Alexander Matveev.

For the newcomers, participants of the fourth stream of the IT Academy, team building became the final part of the first stage. Later, they will have to make a decision to sign a study contract. It implies extra scholarship payments and guaranteed employment in En+ Digital or En+ Telecom companies.

Sergey Lunyonok, a second-year student at the INRTU School of High Technologies, signed the contract in a solemn atmosphere. At the IT Academy, he is mastering industrial communications in the interests of En+ Telecom.

"The team building organizers arranged a rich program. We attended various trainings, walked in picturesque places, and recharged with Lake Baikal energy. During the retreat, it was interesting to get to know En+ staff and students from other universities.

I liked En+ Telecom's workshop, wh ere I had to set up a network for a video call to a neighboring building. Thanks to the intensive, I was able to work with modern equipment and gain valuable practical experience," Sergey Lunyonok shared his impressions.
