INRTU publishing house will take part in KnigaMart festival

Publishing house of Irkutsk Polytechnic University will participate in KnigaMart international book festival for the third time. KnigaMart is ranked by Russian Publishers Association as one of the significant book forums in the country. The event will take place in I.I. Molchanov-Sibirsky Regional Library in Irkutsk on March 10-12.

The festival is organized by the regional library, the New Alliance support fund with the assistance of the Regional Ministry of Culture and the Irkutsk Oil Company.

The INRTU publishing house prepared an exhibition of books and branded printing products. Book novelties include scientific and educational literature in various fields.

The presentation of the publishing project "Roads of the Great Victory" will take place on March 10 at 11 am. A pilot of the book by Sergei Mukhachev "I met the war while playing chess" and the album "Immortal Regiment of the INRTU Publishing House" will be presented as a part of the project. The main task of the project is to connect the lives of people of different generations: the veterans, who have passed through the crucible of war, and their heirs, who are proud to remember the exploits of their forefathers.

On March 11, KnigaMart festival will be completed by the awarding ceremony for the winners and nominees of the regional contest "Book of the Year-2022". The INRTU Publishing House project "Through the Centuries... The Architectural Heritage of the Pribalkalye Region" was awarded by a special jury prize.

The entrance to all events of the festival is free.
