Scientific seminar «iPolytech seminar» on energy

Dear colleagues,


We are pleased to invite you to participate in the scientific seminar «iPolytech seminar» on energy. The first seminar held in the coming 2023 will solemnly coincide with the Russian Science Day. The topic to be discussed: «Smart technologies of the future energy systems sustainable development ensurance».

The report is aimed at overview of new approaches to monitoring, protection and management of the future energy systems which meet high requirements for reliability. In this seminar, the emphasis will be on the three flagship large-scale projects, financed by Network innovation competition Ofgem (the UK), VISOR, EFCC and FITNESS projects. Also new approaches , based on data and equipment science in cyclical testing using real-time digital simulator (RTDS) will be presented.

Key speaker:

Vladimir Terziya – graduate engineer, master, doctor of engineering, professor of electric power EPSRC systems (The University of Manchester, the UK), a member of CIGRE, IEEE, IET; master of science and a doctor philosophy in electrical engineering of the University of Belgrad (Belgrad city, Serbia); professor of the Skolkovo Institute of Science and Technology (Energy Technology Center); honoured professor of Shandong University in Jinan city (China).

Prof. Terziya is Editor in Chief of the International Journal of Electrical Power and Energy Systems, Alexander von Humboldt fellow. He is the recipient of the Qilu Friendship Award, China.


Representatives from different universities, including INRTU research staff have been invited to discuss.
