Project Thinking
In this course, students will study the basic notions and methodology of the project development as a science; they will learn how to set goals and tasks of the project, how to assemble a team, how to be a leader and part of the team; they will get the skills of managing conflicts and forecasting the project results. Besides, they will be able to put their knowledge to use developing their own team project. The recommended level of language proficiency is English Independent User (B1, B2). The course is directly related to all other courses of the programme that need knowledge and skills referring to project thinking. Besides, it contributes to their Thesis Writing and Defence.
The goal of mastering the discipline
On completion of the course, students should be able to organize, manage and monitor individual and team projects at different stages of their lifecycles.
