INRTU students acquired business skills at the training «Build a Company. Sell the Company»

Training «Build a Company. Sell the Company» was held on October, 18 at INRTU Technopark. The event was a part of the federal project «Platform of University Technological Entrepreneurship».

The training was organized by TEN Education. Certified business coaches conduct business games, project sessions and work as mentors for technological startups creators.


The game moderator at INRTU was the Department of development of research and entrepreneurial activity of students. According to Yulia Maksimova, a specialist of the department, the training united over 100 participants, including representatives of regional businesses.

Svetlana Andreeva, director of TEN Education development and the leading business coach of the game, said that this training develops analytic thinking, teaches to evaluate risks and build business communications. 

The task was to come up with an «innovative way to raise balls». Andrey Bogdashev, general director of EdTech startups, played the role of shareholder in the game. He gave feedback on aspiring entrepreneurs work.

A bank provided teams with investments. The employees of the bank paid attention to the transparency of monetary operations, which the company carried out, and the focus of the participants on the projects commercial component. The observance of these conditions increased the market value of the startups.

Svetlana Andreeva noted that INRTU students took an active part in the formation of new industry. Due to the entrepreneur’s initiative and the engineer’s decisions, extra supply chain appeared in the game space. Some companies were acquired.

At the final stage of the training «Build a Company. Sell the Company», the participants passed the online exit test and received electronic certificates.
