INRTU launched an enrollment in a new master's degree program "Cyber-Physical Systems Security"

"Cyber-Physical Systems Security" is a concept of providing security for information and communication technologies, production systems, which studies the processes of formation, functioning and evolution of cyber objects, in order to identify the sources of cyber danger or determining their characteristics. It is also supposed to classify and form regulatory documents, the implementation of which should guarantee the protection of cyber objects from all identified and investigated sources of cyber risk. The level of security cannot be assessed only by the embedded set of security features due to the complex mutual interference in which the performance of security functions is unpredictable.

The curriculum focuses not only on the student's mastering the system of theoretical knowledge, but, first and foremost, on the science-based application of this knowledge to solve real-world problems:

- Analysis of security threats to cyber-physical systems;

-intelligent monitoring systems and managing information security;

- development of new or updated security scenarios for the means of protection;

- technology of creation and engineering protected cyber-physical systems;

- conducting IS risk assessment in the company according to the provisions of ISO/IEC 27005:2011;

- artificial intelligence and machine learning methods.

The master's program is carried out on the basis of INRTU by the center of cybersecurity competencies, which promotes cooperation with leading Russian companies, and subsequent employment of graduates.
