Regional Educational Project with Binzhou University
(China, Shandong Province)

Project Description

In 2022 INRTU launched a joint Russian-Chinese educational project with Binzhou University to train highly qualified engineering personnel in the bachelor degree Aircraft Manufacturing Engineering program. The study program is full-time at Binzhou University (4 years) on an academic curriculum mutually agreed upon with INRTU. Annual enrollment plan for the 1st year of study is 120 students, with graduates of the program awarded a bachelor's degree from Binzhou University (from the Ministry of Education of China).

In this program, INRTU provides teaching in English for more than 1/3 of the curriculum disciplines, namely:

  • Physics and Experiments
  • Computer science
  • Electrical and Electronic Technology
  • Descriptive Geometry
  • Mechanical Graphics
  • Theoretical mechanics
  • Materials Science
  • Computational Mathematics
  • Fundamentals of Composite Materials
  • Aircraft and Helicopter Construction
  • Aerodynamics
  • Production and maintenance of aviation equipment
  • Machine Tools and Machinery for Composite Processing
  • Quality Inspection
  • Aerospace Materials
  • Simulation of process and systems
  • Cutting Tools for Composite Machining
  • Interchangeability and Technical Measurements
  • Industrial economics

Established in 1958, Binzhou State University is located in Binzhou City, Shandong Province. Currently, the University has enrollment of about 20,000 students. Located on 160 hectares, the school's campus covers a total area of 495,000 m2. There are 46 scientific laboratories and the university library boasts a collection of about 900,000 books.

At present, there are 21 academic departments at Binzhou University, which cover nine disciplines - literature, history, economics, law, education, science, technology, agriculture, and management. Ecology, differential equations and dynamic systems, sociology of culture, management theory and management engineering are the major specializations. In 2006 the University established an aviation college, which is currently the leading regional educational institution for training pilots and engineering personnel in the field of aircraft construction in China.

Binzhou University values and cooperates with higher educational institutions in other countries such as France, Australia, the United States and Russia.
