About the program
State and municipal finance is an effective instrument of the state regulation at the macro- and micro- levels. Their using is currently being optimized on the basis of the principles of the efficiency and accountability. Results-oriented budgeting tools are being introduced in the budget process, and the mechanism of the financial support to public bodies and institutions is changing.
