About the program

Nanotechnology is one of the most dynamically developing areas of science and technology at the present time. In addition to electronics, the prefix "nano" is firmly established in the chemical industry and research related to living systems. The master's program "Materials of Micro- and Nanosystem Engineering" is aimed at training specialists in the field of purposeful creation and research of materials and devices, with structural elements of nanometer size. Such systems are actively used in electronics and semiconductor technologies, chemical industry, energy, medicine.
Huge material base at the university allows students to acquire skills in working with the most modern analytical and technological equipment.
