The current level of industrial development in the oil, gas, and petrochemical sectors requires in-depth knowledge of the computer-aided design of process control and equipment control systems, as well as the ability to operate advanced equipment and solve complex problems at the intersection of mechanics, chemistry, and IT.
The goal of this Master’s program is to equip students with the knowledge needed to determine the optimal level of automation for a technological facility when developing new—or modernizing existing—control systems for processes and equipment in oil, gas, and petrochemical production.
