The study of the discipline "Archival research, field survey and analysis of an architectural monument" is based on the results of mastering the following disciplines: "History of Art", "History of Architecture and Urban Planning", "History of reconstruction and restoration of architectural heritage", "Theory of Architecture;", "Methodology of reconstruction and restoration of architectural heritage", "History and Methodology research, restoration and adaptation of architectural monuments".
The discipline is prior to the disciplines: "Architectural reconstruction and restoration design", "Reconstruction and restoration design", "Pre-graduate practice", "Diploma design".
The goal of mastering the discipline
Formation of competencies in the field of research work preceding the creation of the restoration project (historical and archival search, historical and bibliographic search, archaeological research, laboratory research, architectural measurements, photogrammetry, architectural analysis of the object, determining the category of value of the architectural monument). Formation of competencies in the field of conducting comprehensive research on the history and theory of urban planning, architecture, landscape art, landscape art, design for cultural heritage and historical environment.
