Linguistic Research Methods

The course will provide a deeper insight for graduate students to develop their research and development projects through employing modern search and analysis methods, as well as to raise their awareness of empirical research methodology. The course is directly related to other courses of the programme, such as Philosophy of Science, Text Studies and Cross-disciplinary Linguistic Research where sophisticated research skills are required. Also, it contributes to the final stage of the programme that is Thesis Writing and Defense.

To give effect to critical assessment of problem situations in the area of expertise and evolve a decision-making strategy in the scope of linguistic analysis.
